Human right is a fundamental right in India. Equality is also a fundamental right in Indian democracy. Even though the right to equality is in force in the Constitution. Their are many problems to apply equality in india. In this article so many causes of inequality and the some major points considered to implement equality in a democracy. Some problems will explain in this article.
